Notice of the 2025 Water Capacity Charge Update

The District Board of Directors will be considering a revision to the Water Capacity Charge at its regular Board Meeting scheduled for February 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

The proposed revision of the Water Capacity Charge is calculated to be $4,897 per equivalent residential unit (EDU) consistent with the procedure contained in District Resolution 08-03.

Formula: $3,090 x (y ÷ 8602) = Adjusted connection (capacity) charge.

$3,090 is the water connection charge per family dwelling unit (EDU) adopted in Resolution 08-03; y is the ENR 20 Cities as of the date of adjustment; and 8602 is the November 2008 ENR 20 Cities CCI on which the water connection charge adopted by Resolution 08-03.
