The District is governed by a 5-member Board, elected by popular vote of the general public who reside within the District boundaries. Each Board Member serves a 4-year term and anyone interested in running for a seat on the Board must be a registered voter within the District.

Our district is dedicated to operating in a transparent manner, and posts relevant financial and operational documents to our site as they become available.

SB 998 provides that a customer must be at least 60-days delinquent in payment of a utility bill before the water provider may terminate his or her services. This 60-day requirement before discontinuation of water service will apply to all of the District's residential utility customers.
