NOTICE

The Lockeford Community Services District will be considering an annual adjustment of the water system connection (capacity) charge at its regularly scheduled Board of Director’s meeting, February 12, 2026 at 9:00 am at Old School House at 19456 N. Jack Tone Rd.

The adjusted 2026 water system capacity charge is proposed at $5,071, based on the following provisions of District Resolution 08-03:
Formula: $3,090 x (y ÷ 8602) = Adjusted connection (capacity) charge.

$3,090 X (14118/8602) = $5,071

Where, $3,090 is the water connection charge per family dwelling unit (EDU) adopted in Resolution 08-03; y is the ENR 20 Cities as of the date of adjustment, presented as December 2025 for this calculation; and 8602 is the November 2008 ENR 20 Cities CCI on which the water connection charge adopted by Resolution 08-03.
