Notice of the 2025 Water Capacity Charge Update

The District Board of Directors will be considering an annual adjustment to the Water Capacity Charge at its regular Board Meeting scheduled for February 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Old School House located at 19456 N. Jack Tone Rd.

The proposed revision of the Water Capacity Charge is calculated to be $4,897 per equivalent residential unit (EDU) consistent with the procedure contained in District Resolution 08-03.

Formula: $3,090 x (y ÷ 8602) = Adjusted connection (capacity) charge.

Where, $3,090 is the water connection charge per family dwelling unit (EDU) adopted in Resolution 08-03; y is the ENR 20 Cities as of the date of adjustment; and 8602 is the November 2008 ENR 20 Cities CCI on which the water connection charge adopted by Resolution 08-03.
